The team behind Matterwire
Matterwire is the public affairs and advocacy vertical of Crawlify, built by Xillentech, a product engineering studio that has been shipping production software for over 15 years.
A vertical, not a startup from scratch.
Crawlify is a web intelligence engine: it monitors sources, detects change, correlates it against the systems a customer already runs, and delivers it with per-record verification. Matterwire applies that engine to one domain, regulatory and legislative change, across 5 jurisdictions.
Both are built by Xillentech, an Ahmedabad-based product engineering studio. The 4 verbs on this site are the parent engine's verbs, and the 99.5% field-level accuracy commitment is the parent's verification model applied to policy sources.
Matterwire is early. We have 1 named design partner and no paying reference customers to quote, so this site publishes numbers we can stand behind and leaves the testimonial slot empty until there is a real one to put in it.

GDPR-aligned and AWS-hosted today. SOC 2 Type II readiness work is underway. We publish status rather than badges.
Who we hire.
Small team, senior work, and a product whose whole premise is that the data is right.
We hire engineers who are comfortable with messy public sources, and verifiers who read primary legal text carefully enough to sign their name to a record. Both roles are the product.
