Verification model

How a source becomes a verified record.

Four steps between the register and your systems. The third is the one most monitoring tools do not have.

  1. 1CaptureThe monitor fetches the source document and stores the response with a checksum and a timestamp. The source URL is recorded before anything is read.
  2. 2ClassifyAI extracts the fields and classifies the change: new rule, amendment, comment period, effective date. Each classification carries a confidence score.
  3. 3ReviewRecords below the confidence threshold route to a human verifier. The verifier checks each field against the source text and signs the record with their ID.
  4. 4PublishThe record is released with its source URL, capture timestamp, verifier ID and final confidence score attached. Field-level accuracy runs at 99.5%.
Check a jurisdiction

Same record, wherever it came from.

Select a jurisdiction to see a real record from it. The fields do not change between them, which is what makes one watchlist work across all 5.

Traced record

Change type
Amendment, comment period open
Source URLThe address this record was read from. Stored in full, with a checksum of the response, so the page cannot be swapped underneath the record.
CapturedWhen the source was fetched, in ISO 8601 with a timezone offset. Written at fetch time, not at publish time.
Verifier IDThe person who checked these fields against the source text. Present on every record that went to human review.

ConfidenceHow certain the classifier was, at the field level. Records below the release threshold route to a human verifier first.

What is not covered yet

County and municipal bodies, and jurisdictions outside the 5 listed above, are not covered today. We would rather name the gap than imply a footprint we cannot verify to the field level. If a jurisdiction you need is missing, tell us during the demo and we will say whether it is on the roadmap and when.
