01These terms

These terms govern your use of matterwire.io and the marketing content on it. They are between you and Matterwire by Crawlify. Using the site means you accept them.

Use of the Matterwire product itself is governed by the separate order form and service agreement signed with us. Where that agreement and these terms disagree, that agreement governs.

02Acceptable use

You agree not to do any of the following.

• Access the site by automated means at a rate that degrades it for others, or in a way that circumvents rate limits.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, its infrastructure, or another user’s data.
• Copy, resell or redistribute site content as your own, or use it to build a competing dataset.
• Submit false information through a form, or use a form to send unsolicited commercial messages.

03Accounts

Where the product provides an account, you are responsible for the credentials issued to your users and for activity carried out under them. Tell us promptly if you believe a credential has been compromised, and we will rotate it.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the delivery targets you configure, including any endpoint, warehouse or CRM object we write to on your instruction.

04Content and accuracy

The content on this site is provided for information. It is not legal, regulatory or compliance advice, and you should not act on it without taking your own advice.

Matterwire records link to primary source documents published by legislatures and regulators. Those documents are the authority. Our field-level accuracy commitment, including the 99.5% figure and its remedy, applies as set out in your service agreement and does not arise from this page.

Figures on this site attributed to third parties are reproduced from the named source and are that source’s findings, not ours.

05Intellectual property

The site, its design, its copy and the Matterwire and Crawlify marks belong to us or our licensors. Nothing here transfers any right in them to you. Primary regulatory source documents remain the property of their publishers.

06Availability

We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to it. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site without notice. Availability commitments for the product, if any, live in your service agreement.

07Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business or loss of data arising from use of this site, and our total liability arising from the site is limited to 100 GBP.

08Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

09Changes and contact

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
